iNeed application is a platform offers and ease looking for services and make online bookings with services providers in many different fields.Categories of services our app will offer vary between daily life needs and other major services.Examples for services categories:- Cleaning- Painting- Plumbing- Electricity Services- Tiling- Other Construction Services- Gardening and Landscaping- Urgent Repairs- Car repairs- Beauty Services (Laser, hairdressing, Make up and others)- Health Services (Nursing, Cosmetic services)The application will be available for free for customers to download and create accounts.When the customers look for a service they can negotiate with more than provider and get quotations then they can choose the more suitable one.Every customer can book the service required and chose the time and date of it to be provided.After booking completed the customer and provider will receive a confirmation notification.To avoid any misleading or miscommunication, our app offers tracking for customers so they can press “Start” when the provider attends to service location and confirm it is “Done” when the task completed.After confirming the completion of service, a payment button will show up to finalise any outstanding balance and payment status will be shown as “Paid” for both the customer and provider.When the customer books more than when service they can follow up all of them by checking booking lists, for example “Received List” for bookings received by Provider, “On its Way” to shows services will start soon, and “Done” list to shows all completed jobs and services.Chat option will be available between customers and providers with ability to send photos when required.Every customer can leave a review about their satisfaction of the service provided.In addition to the actual application, we offer a website has same features so the user can use both ways using same account.The information will be collected from users are available and explained in the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions of use.
